[Wrap] UAE, Bahrain, Israel sign normalization deal

The United Arab Emirates and Bahrain have signed a historic agreement
with Israel to normalize relations after decades of isolating the
Jewish state.

The deal, brokered by the Trump administration, is also a major
foriegn policy coup just ahead of November's presidential election.
