Novichok developer apologises to Navalny

A scientist involved in the development of nerve agent Novichok has apologised to Russian opposition figure Alexey Navalny, who is recovering in Berlin. Germany says it has "unequivocal proof" that Navalny was poisoned with Novichok. Julia Chapman has more.
