Moscow begins reintroducing COVID-19 restrictions

The mayor of Moscow has encouraged residents over 65 to stay at home amid a rise in coronavirus cases. The city reported a spike of 1,560 COVID-19 infections on Friday. Businesses are also being asked to allow employees to work from home, where possible. Julia Chapman has more.
