LAST ROUND OF BREXIT TALKS BEGIN

The last scheduled formal round of Brexit talks begin in Brussels on Tuesday.

Both sides have downplayed hopes that negotiations are moving forward. 

The EU and UK are trying to agree a new trade deal before the end of the year.
