Indoor dining returns to NYC amid fears of Covid-19 spike

For the first time in months, restaurants in New York City are once
again allowed to serve customers indoors.

But the move comes as the city is seeing a spike in Covid-19
infections prompting warnings from officials that more restrictions
could be on the way.
