Hong Kong police arrest three people ahead of banned protest

Hong Kong police have arrested three people accused of inciting violence against officers, and encouraging the public to defy a ban on protests to mark Thursday's National Day public holiday.  Police have already banned any demonstrations on the day, citing COVID-19 social gathering restrictions.
