Hong Kong police arrest 15 over share surge in Jimmy Lai's company

There's controversy in Hong Kong following the arrests of 15 people accused of masterminding volatile price swings in the shares of democracy activist Jimmy Lai's company. 

Shares in his Next Digital group surged in the days following his arrest under the national security law last month.
