Hong Kong begins mass public COVID-19 testing

Mass public testing is underway in Hong Kong, as part of a government strategy to stop the spread of the coronavirus. 

Almost 600,000 people have signed up for the voluntary scheme so far, despite calls from some activists and health workers for a boycott.
