World's second largest money manager Vanguard leaves Hong Kong

Hong Kong's reputation as a global financial hub is under increasing pressure.

The world's second largest money manager, Vanguard, says it's leaving the city. 

Meanwhile US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has accused HSBC of siding with China over Hong Kong.
