The UK government's denying it's made another U-turn, after announcing some children will need to wear masks when schools return next week in England.
Secondary school pupils will now have to wear face coverings in corridors in parts of England which are under local coronavirus lockdowns.
On Tuesday the government said it would not be reviewing its guidance that masks would not be required in schools.
