Protestors gather after shooting of Black man in Wisconsin

Protestors have gathered in Kenosha, Wisconsin, following the shooting
of a Black man by police.

A state of emergency was declared in the county overnight and the
state's Governor says Jacob Blake was shot multiple times in the back.
