Hurricane Laura expected to become Category 4- 20 million in storm’s path

Hurricane Laura is expected to be upgraded to a Category 4 Storm as it
barrels towards the U.S. states of Louisiana and Texas.

Around 20 million people are expected to be in the storm's path and
comes days after Tropical Storm Marco delivered a glancing blow to the
region.
