US Democratic challenger Joe Biden has accused President Donald Trump
of using recent violence as a "lifeline" to help him win reelection.
Biden gave a speech in Pittsburgh attacking the President for
"stoking" chaos following the deaths of three men during protests in
Wisconsin and Oregon in the last week.
The President says the violence has happened in Democrat-run cities
and accused officials of failing to act.
