A mixed close on Wall Street amid U.S-China trade deal optimism

The S&P and Nasdaq traded in record territory Tuesday with investors
optimistic that the U.S. and China will honor a trade deal signed this
year.

However the Dow Jones closed down following the release of some mixed
economic data.
