Dr. Fauci "cautiously optimistic" for vaccine this year

One of the United States' top public health officials says he's
cautiously optimistic that there will be a coronavirus vaccine by the
end of the year.

But Dr. Anthony Fauci has also warned Congress that the pandemic isn't
going away.
