Belarus excludes opposition candidates from election

The Belarusian election commission has blocked the two leading challengers to Alexander Lukashenko ahead of an upcoming presidential vote. A wave of protests has sprung up in Belarus as Lukasheno prepares to run for a sixth consecutive term in power. Julia Chapman has more.
