The chief U.S. negotiator on North Korean denuclearization says
another summit between the countries' two leaders is "hard to
envision" before November's U.S. election.
Stephen Biegun said the global pandemic had created circumstances
where a face-to-face meeting in the coming months would be "quite
challenging".
