The UK government is implementing its first local lockdown in the English city of Leicester, as it experiences an isolated coronavirus outbreak.
While the rest of England further relaxes lockdown measures on July 4, pubs, restaurants and hairdressers in Leicester will not reopen, and non-essential shops and schools will have to close.
