Three states to quarantine visitors from state with high Covid-19 infection levels

New York, New Jersey and Connecticut are set to quarantine visitors
traveling from other U.S. states seeing a surge in Covid-19
infections.

For months New York was the epicenter of the country's coronavirus
outbreak but unlike a number of parts of the country, cases in the
Empire State are on the decline.
