"Mass action" launched for students affected by COVID-19 lockdown in UK

Hundreds of thousands of students in the UK who have missed out on their studies because of the coronavirus lockdown are being told to sign up for compensation.


The National Union of Students, or NUS, wants debt relief for students who have faced disruption since universities closed their doors.


It can cost almost £10,000 to study an undergraduate course at a British institution.
