Leaders of France and southern Sahara nations meet to discuss fight against armed groups

The French president has travelled to Mauritania for the latest summit between France and the so-called G5 Nations.

Emmanuel Macron is attending talks with the leaders of five southern Sahara nations on the fight against armed groups in the region.
