Fauci contradicts Trump saying Coronavirus testing will increase; vaccine possible by end of year; disturbing infection surge in some states

America's top infectious disease expert says he's cautiously optimistic that coronavirus vaccines may be ready for testing by the end of the year. 


During congressional testimony Dr. Anthony Fauci described a "disturbing surge in infections" in a number of states and said testing would be expanded, not slowed down as President Donald Trump has suggested in recent days.
