EU to keep borders closed to most of the world
Most Americans aren't welcome in Europe, at least for another two weeks. The bloc has left the US, along with most of the world, off a shortlist of approved countries whose citizens will be allowed to travel to the EU when border restrictions are partially lifted on Wednesday.
