Bars and restaurants re-open in France as lockdown eases

Bars and restaurants are re-opening in France as the country continues to ease out of the lockdown imposed to control the spread of the coronavirus.

Only the outside terraces of cafes will be open in Paris, where restrictions remain on inside dining.
