U.S. says Russia has sent fighter jets to Libya

The U.S. military says Russia has sent fighter jets to Libya in an effort to support the forces of warlord Khalifa Haftar. There are fears that Russia's intervention could lead to an escalation of the conflict there. Julia Chapman reports.
