New York Governor slams lawmakers for ugly and un-American response to funding request

New York's Governor Andrew Cuomo says the response from some lawmakers
that resist funding local governments is ugly and un-American.

The Governor is calling on the federal government to provide 61
billion dollars in aid to help his state recover economically from the
Covid-19 pandemic.
