China has said it will evacuate its citizens stranded in India in view of the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. India now has the world's tenth largest COVID-19 outbreak.
China's announcement has led to speculation over the status of Sino-Indo bilateral ties as it comes in the midst of a new reported border stand-off between Beijing and New Delhi.
