UK LOCKDOWN DATA TO BE STUDIED

UK scientists are meeting (on Tuesday) to look at the effects of the country's coronavirus lockdown.

The government says it needs to ensure the outbreak's peak has passed before it considers easing lockdown measures.

But discussions are underway about how restrictions might be removed once that point is reached.

The Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies is looking at a wide range of data.
