UK chancellor, Rishi Sunak, agrees the economy will be hugely impacted - in reference to an independent report warning the UK could see a record level of economic decline.
In response to the report, he says "these are tough times, and there will be more to come."
But emphasised the "single most important thing" the UK could do to protect the economy is to protect the health of its people.
