French Oil firm Total has acquired the British Oil company – Tullow's entire interests in Uganda's Lake Albert Project
Under the terms of the deal, Total will acquire all of Tullow's existing 33.33% stake in each of the project licenses and the proposed East African Crude Oil Pipeline System.
