Oil selloff continues to rattle Wall Street sentiment

A huge drop in oil prices has sent U.S. stocks firmly lower a the
second straight day.

The U.S. President has pledged to support the country's oil and gas
companies but that did little to boost investor sentiment on Wall
Street.
