Mixed close on Wall Street as investors fear early reopening

The U.S. markets closed the day in the red on Tuesday as investors
digest the decision from some states to begin to reopen.

Wall Street has been buoyed in recent days by states including Georgia
and Ohio to begin to opening parts of the economy but public health
experts have dampened some of that sentiment.
