Italy unveils lockdown exit strategy with lowest death toll since mid-March

Spain, Italy and France have recorded their lowest daily death toll in over a month. 

Italian authorities said on Sunday that 260 people had died of COVID-19- the lowest daily increase since March 14th. 

It comes as some European countries take steps to loosen their lockdowns.
