IMF: World facing worst recession since 1930s

The International Monetary Fund is predicting the global economy will
contract by 3% this year, saying the world is "very likely"
experiencing the worst recession since the 1930s.

However, the IMF expects a bounce back in 2021 if the pandemic recedes
in the second half of this year.
