Covid-19 drug shows promising signs

The maker of an experimental drug used to fight Covid-19 says it has
seen promising signs from a recent study.

Gilead Sciences has announced its antiviral drug remdesivir helped
improve symptoms of coronavirus patients, especially if they were
treated early.
