UGANDA STOPS RECEIVING REFUGEES AMID CORONAVIRUS FEARS

LEAD 

Uganda has stopped receiving new refugees with immediate effect.  The country's Ministry of Disaster Preparedness says the measure follows a presidential directive to close all border points and stop the entry and exit of all persons to and from Uganda. Leon Ssenyange reports.
