TWO MORE COVID-19 CASES IN UK

Another two cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Scotland - taking the UK's total to 53.

The UK government is launching a public health campaign to encourage people to wash their hands more.

Hospitals are also being urged to carry out more video-based consultations.

The government has warned the Covid-19 outbreak in the UK is likely to spread much further.

Dr Bharat Pankhania from the University of Exeter Medical School says significant disruption to people's lives may be necessary to slow the outbreak.
