Trillion dollar coronavirus bill stalls in US Senate

A trillion dollar coronavirus stimulus bill has stalled in the US Senate, prompting concerns about how markets will react.

U.S. stock futures tanked when pre-market trading began on Sunday, not long before the bill failed to get enough votes to clear a procedural hurdle.
