Three years after the UK voted to leave the European Union, trade talks have begun in Brussels.
The UK and the EU have just nine months to thrash out the terms of the future trade agreement - with the deadline at the end of the year.
At the moment, the UK is in a transition period meaning it is still operating under the terms of EU membership.
