Second Covid-19 case confirmed in New York and Fed slashes rates to protect economy

A second case of the Covid-19 coronavirus has been confirmed in New York.

Over 3,000 people have died from the virus worldwide and in the United
States, the death toll has risen to six.

And amid fears over the economic cost of the outbreak, the U.S.
Federal Reserve has cut interest rates.
