Russian court approves constitutional changes

Russia's Constitutional Court has approved proposed amendments to the constitution, including the one that would allow Vladimir Putin to remain in power until 2036. The package of changes will be put to the Russian public in a referendum next month. Julia Chapman reports from Moscow.
