Russia stands by decision to walk away from OPEC+ agreement

World oil prices have plummeted by more than 30% after Saudi Arabia announced that it would increase oil production. The kingdom has sparked a price war with Russia, which last week rejected a proposal to cut production further. Julia Chapman has more from Moscow.
