The head of German chancellor Angela Merkel's office says Saturday will be a 'decisive' day to determine whether lockdowns are necessary to contain the spread of coronavirus in the country.
Germany has more than 15,000 confirmed cases of the virus, but has so far stopped short of the drastic measures introduced by some of its European neighbors.
