Markets rebound after Monday’s historic selloff

U.S. markets have opened trading Tuesday in positive territory buoyed
by hopes of stimulus measures to help ease the financial impact of the
Covid-19 coronavirus.

On Monday U.S. stocks posted its worst day of trading since the 2008
financial crisis as oil prices plummeted.
