Major losses on Wall Street despite Fed rate cut

The U.S. markets fell over eight percent during trading hours Monday
as Covid-19 continues to shake investor sentiment.

On Sunday the Federal Reserve cut interest rates again but fears are
growing that the coronavirus pandemic will trigger a global recession.
