Germany and Greece have joined a number of European countries imposing nationwide lockdowns to contain the spread of coronavirus.
Chancellor Angela Merkel announced new measures on Sunday, before going into quarantine herself after a doctor who'd given her a vaccination tested positive for COVID-19.
The lockdowns in Italy, Spain and France are likely to be extended as the number of cases continues to rise.
