Badly hit European countries hope to see COVID-19 turnaround due to lockdown measures

Lockdown measures in Spain have been tightened as the death toll hits a new record. 

All non-essential workers will be confined to their homes until April 9th, on top of further restrictions imposed on March 14th. 

Italy has seen the third fall in its death toll, but passed the 10,000 death milestone over the weekend.
