US seeks $2.5bn for coronavirus funding

The Trump administration is asking the government to set aside $2.5
billion to tackle the coronavirus outbreak.

But sSpeaking to reporters President Donald Trump said the United
States has the situation "under control" and predicted that the virus
is a "problem that's going to go away."
