Pete Buttigieg, the former Mayor of South Bend, Indiana is hailing his second-place finish in the New Hampshire primary.
He told reporters that his campaign will move forward as the race for the Democratic Presidential nomination goes national, and he congratulated Senate Bernie Sanders, the socialist warhorse, who is projected to win the New Hampshire campaign.
