MAN SHOT DEAD IN TERRORIST INCIDENT IN LONDON

A man's been shot dead in London in what police say is a 'terrorist-related incident.

Eyewitnesses say the suspect attacked several people with a knife and had what appeared to be canisters strapped to his chest.
